Brodhead Family Fest Vendors - June 29, 2024

Food Vendors are needed for our Family Fest Event located at Putnam Park which will host live music, kids' activities, Veteran's Program and fireworks at dark.  Market Vendors are needed for the vendor event located at Putnam Park. We will NOT provide power for any vendor. Quite Generators are preferred.

We now must ask all vendors to provide information for the Wisconsin Temporary Event Report Form S-240, now required to be submitted by Event Operators to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Registration forms will have the requested info needed. Please fill them out accordingly. You may view the Temporary Events Publication for more information.
